I Am Sandy

I am a former RAF Wing Commander and Qualified Operational Test Pilot with 29 years of leadership experience.

I bring a calm, structured, and grounded coaching style shaped by years of decision-making, communication, and responsibility in complex environments. I’ve taught leadership in aviation and in the outdoors, helping people build confidence, resilience, and clarity through real-world challenge.

I hold an MSc in Leadership & Management and an MA in International Relations, and I’m an experienced keynote speaker.
